Artist Workforce Housing/ The Anamar is now open!

To combat a crisis of affordability in Miami Beach, the City set aside open City-owned lots for workforce housing development. This project in the Collins Park neighborhood develops one such lot near the city’s Cultural Campus, next door to the S+A-designed Collins Park Garage. The Anamar is an unusual hybrid, combining workforce and artist housing with a floor of dormitories for Miami City Ballet students and performance and retail spaces on the ground floor.
