S+A participated in the 4th Annual History Collaborative evemt to focus on the themes under focus for our recent Burial Grounds Context Study with Miami-Dade County Departmnet of Regulatroy and Economic Resources.

The History Collaborative is an award-winning County-staff program that supports outreach and community engagement hosted annually in conjunction with historic resource surveys, historic context studies and planning projects conducted by the office. As part of the Burial Grounds Context study methodology, the program in this iteration, invited attendees to share reflections on burial sites, monuments, memorials, community memory, and heritage traditions associated with cemeteries and burial places throughout the County.
