Riviera Plaza

Miami Beach, Florida | design 2021

Dating to 1924, the Riviera Plaza Hotel was one of the first buildings in the Collins Park neighborhood of Miami Beach. S+A designed the restoration and modernization of the building for contemporary hospitality standards, maintaining the courtyard and adding a rooftop addition and pool.
