This guidelines document enhances and supports Miami-Dade County’s preservation efforts and serve as a resource to the owners and stewards of historic properties, supporting them in the care of built and cultural heritage. While originally intended to be an update to the 1987 guidelines Resourceful Rehab, these guidelines focused more squarely on the intersection between preservation and resiliency planning and included a series of recommendations for private property owners.
