This new ranch-type home occupies aca. 15,000 SF double lot in the Bayside Historic District. The 5,000 SF structure is organized for outdoor-indoor living and entertainment. Resiliency was a focus as the design was developed, as seen in the homes elevated design in accordance with Miami 21.
