Byron Carlyle Theater Redevelopment

Miami Beach, Florida | design 2022

For the City of Miami Beach, S+A studied various strategies for redevelopment of the Byron Carlyle Theater. Each option retains the cultural prominence of the theater as a neighborhood institution, while engaging new programmatic areas to modernize the complex, engage the critical issue of resilience, and assure its financial continuity.
