4141 Building

Miami, Florida | ongoing

The 16,000 square foot building was designed by architect James Deen in 1961 and it is designated as a contributing structure within the Buena Vista Historical District. The goal of the project is to design a new development that brings the building to its best use, and transforms it into a landmark benefiting its location at the gateway to the Design District.  The project includes the renovation and restoration of 16,000 square foot interior space and the reconfiguration of the exterior façade, providing the building with a greater sense of transparency.
